1. Membership Access
PHWM Inc., doing business as Podexr, operates an invite-only online platform for facilitating contact between individuals with shared interests, enabling the organization of private, member-hosted events within the community, and providing related services including the sale of themed products, equipment rental, and support tools for event planning.
Access to the Podexr platform is limited to invited members only. Basic membership is free. Paid memberships provide additional tools and features that enhance the experience for both event organizers and members. These may include, for example, access to advanced search filters, event analytics, co-host management, equipment coordination, and options for collecting and managing entrance fees from guests. The complete and current list of membership benefits is provided on the Podexr website at the time of subscription.
2. Payment and Billing
Payments for memberships, event tickets, and related services are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe, Inc. Charges will appear on your billing statement as "PHWM Inc." By completing a purchase, you authorize PHWM Inc. to process the payment on your behalf using your selected payment method.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all paid memberships, event tickets, and products. Refunds will be returned to your original form of payment within 14 business days after approval.
- Memberships: You may request a refund within 30 days of the charge or by the last day of your membership period, whichever is later. If a member loses membership rights or access is terminated by PHWM Inc., the most recent paid membership period will be refunded in full. If a service modification under Section 7 of the Terms of Service materially removes a feature or function you use, you may terminate your membership and receive a pro-rated refund of your most recent membership based on the date your request is received.
- Events:
- For attended events, refunds are always approved if requested within 3 days after the event ends.
- For events not attended, refunds are approved if requested within 30 days of the charge, for any reason. Attendance is defined as being checked in by the event organizer, which triggers a notification to the member.
- Physical Products: Refunds for physical products must be requested and the returned items received within 30 days of delivery. Some products are eligible for refund only if unused and in their original packaging; such products are clearly marked on the Podexr site or at purchase.
- Services and Rentals: Refunds for services, including equipment rentals, are issued only if the rental equipment is refused at the time of delivery. All rentals are delivered by the PHWM Inc. team or authorized contractors and require in-person acceptance upon delivery.
PHWM Inc. will review in good faith any refund requests that fall outside these timeframes.
4. How to Request a Refund
Refund requests can be made directly through your Podexr account or by emailing customercare@podexr.com. Please include your transaction details to expedite processing.
5. Cancellations and Renewals
Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not affect your access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact our support team before initiating a dispute through your card issuer. PHWM Inc. will work in good faith to resolve all issues quickly.
7. Currency and Taxes
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required by law.
